Let’s agree to the point that focusing on positivity will steer clear much anxiety from our lives. But how can we do that? One sentence.
Practice Gratitude Every Single Day.
Practicing gratitude is not a celebration that you do once or twice a month. It should be on every single day. Being grateful for what you already have should be part of your life. You live only once and the life you are living right now might be a dream for another soul. If you are wishing for something and you are not getting it, that might be because you are wishing too much doing nothing!
Stop Wishing and Start Doing!
Stop dreaming about your dream life and start appreciating what you already have. Bless the mess that you are right now and embarrass the chaos that you are going through. Every single day, before going to sleep write down at least 5 things that you are grateful for that day. Try your level best to not repeat the items on subsequent days. By following this approach you will gather 50-100 things that you are grateful for, by the end of a month. Continue doing so as long as you can.
